Downloading the Fileset is different from other downloads.
When
you reach the stage Location to Save Files
(see screenshot below) a default folder name is shown in the Save files in folder
field.
In Program Updates, the default folder is correct for all users
Reason: Programs are installed in the same folder for all users.
You do NOT have to click the Change button when installing Program Updates
- However -
In Fileset
updates, you DO have to click the Change
button.
Reason: The data files have to be installed in the Core data folder.
The Core Data folder is located under the User Profile and is therefore different on each users computer.
Do this to install Fileset updates.
Open Bank Genie Pro or Bank Genie 4.
Run the program About Bank Genie - BS400.
Make a note of the location of your Core Data
files (Item 6).

The easier method - use copy and paste - copy the folder name for your Core Data files in Item 6
