Starting the program
On the Main Menu, click the Setup tab then click My Bank Groups - BS415
The initial screen shows a list of Bank Groups which you have already added (if any)

About this program
If you have a number of Bank Accounts and Credit card accounts, Bank Groups will make it quick and easy to select transactions for analysing your data
Some examples of where Bank Groups are used:
Adding, editing and deleting Bank Groups
The program displays a list of existing Bank Groups or None.
Click the Add button to create a new Bank Group
Double click to edit an existing Bank Group
In each case, BS415S02 appears
To delete a Bank Group, double click to edit (in the initial screen) then click the Delete button in screen BS415S02

The Name for this Bank Group field
Type a description for the Bank Group you are creating.

Personal
Business
The Arrow Right button
Use this button to add selected Banks to the Bank Group you are creating or changing.
Click to select a Bank from the list on the LEFT, then click this button.
The Arrow Left button
Use this button to remove selected Banks from the Bank Group you are creating or changing.
Click to select a Bank from the list on the RIGHT, then click this button.
